Whether working with private equity investors or CEOs, Patrick Hayes knows that to drive growth, you start by focusing on the people leading the team. That’s why he founded Mukala Partners: To shape teams that know how to create value.

Before launching Mukala, Patrick was a leader in talent assessment, organizational design, and team effectiveness at Green Peak Partners and Bridgewater Associates. Patrick earned his MBA from the London Business School and holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Amherst College. Following Amherst, he spent two years in Zambia as a Peace Corps volunteer. As a student at Amherst, he was elected captain of the varsity football and track teams. Later, he served as an assistant football coach. He now stays active training for triathlons, coaching youth sports, and trying to keep up with his amazing wife and three children.

Chris inspires others to realize their potential. He joined Mukala Partners in 2022, and his innate curiosity and focus on growth have made him a valuable partner to clients.

Chris has a foundation in finance and focuses on maximizing value. Prior to Mukala, he worked at Medtronic, where he partnered across multiple areas of the business to support planning and analytics. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Finance major. For fun, Chris enjoys golfing, skiing, and reading.
