We synthesized the feedback and delivered it ahead of a key company meeting. Along with the results, we provided tactical recommendations to help the CEO make a strong impression and strengthen relationships.

Coaching continued for six months and was later extended because the CEO found it valuable to have a sounding board as he navigated challenges and refined his leadership approach.
